Shipping and Return Policy

Our turnaround time is 2-5 business days but currently has the potential to go up to 1-2 weeks due to the huge increase in sales during our anniversary sale.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Canadian orders will ship by lettermail, which is untracked & at buyer's risk, unless a shipping upgrade is selected at checkout. Lettermail is typically 1-2 weeks give or take, depending on location, but there is a potential for delays due to the pandemic, so please allow up to 6 weeks.

International orders ship by small packet air, which is also untracked & at buyer's risk, unless a shipping upgrade is selected at checkout. US orders typically take 1-2 weeks give or take once shipped. Any delays with customs/USPS are completely out of my control & your patience & understanding are much appreciated.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Once an order has shipped, it has been fulfilled & no refund will be issued.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

For hygienic reasons, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges after orders have shipped.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience with us, so if you have any issues with your order, please email your concern to helloprettyear@gmail.com & allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

PLEASE NOTE: I package your order into as few gift boxes as possible to keep my packaging minimal for environmental reasons, as well as to keep shipping costs low for you! If you are ordering as gifts, please let me know below if you require any extra boxes. Sending as a gift & want to include a gift message? Leave it here & I will include a note from you!
